American offworld marines from the confederate districts that specialize in picking off numerous different types of enemies from great distances without giving them to chance to think or react. Often study the biology of most alien species in the galaxy to get an understanding of how to properly kill one of them. They either work alone, in pairs, or as the designated marksman of a squad.
